Terms and conditions

1. PAYMENT

1.1 The full course fee must be transferred before the start of the language training.
1.2 The course book is purchased by, and at the expense of, the course participant.

2. CANCELLATIONS

2.1 Cancellations of language training programs must be submitted in writing via email no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled start date of the course. In such cases, no course fees shall be due.
2.2 Is the event of cancellation less than seven (7) days before the commencement of the course, the participant shall be liable for payment of the full course fee.
2.3 Heikens Language Training reserves the right to cancel a course in the event of an insufficient number of participants to form a group at the required language level. In such cases, any course fees already paid will be fully refunded.
2.4 Failure to attend a class or any part of the course shall be at the participant’s own risk. Heikens Taaltraining is under no obligation to offer substitute classes or issue partial refunds.
2.5 Classes or courses cancelled due to force majeure shall either be rescheduled or refunded.

3. PRIVACY

3.1 Heikens Taaltraining handles personal data with care and confidentiality and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3.2 Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of contacting you via email, telephone, or text message.

4. COMPLAINTS

If you are dissatisfied with the language training, you should first discuss the matter with the instructor in an effort to find a solution together. If this conversation does not lead to a satisfactory outcome, you may submit a complaint by email to: info@heikenstaaltraining.nl You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt, including an indication of the time frame within which a substantive response will be provided. This response period shall not exceed one (1) month.

5. LIABILITY

Heikens Taaltraining shall not be held liable for any injury to persons and/or damage to or loss of personal property in any way connected to activities organized by Heikens Taaltraining, regardless of the cause of such damage or loss.
